Burnside Family Medical Clinic will no longer be offering COVID testing for travel

Changes to Burnside Family Medical Walk-in Clinic Operations:

• WE are OPEN our usual hours, but you no longer have to walk-in to be seen:

  • Phone 250-381-4353 for a Telephone consultation with one of our Doctors

  • OR email 9011medical@jacknathanhealth.com for a Telephone consultation with one of our Doctors (Please note that this email is only used for making Tele-med appointments and will not answer any other questions/inquiries.)

    OR if that just isn’t possible come to our door and wait there for a receptionist to talk to you.

    • In person visits will be arranged for those patients who need one

• PLEASE NOTE: THE BURNSIDE FAMILY MEDICAL CLINIC WILL NOT DO COVID-19 TESTING ON THE PUBLIC, but we will assess your symptoms over the phone to help you decide what to do
